Unite Aware Foundation

The UA Foundation Course is the entry course for the UA Certification Programme. This course provides an overview of Unite Aware and an introduction to its key concepts. It is a pre-requisite for the Beginner-level certification courses.
At the end of the course, staff will take a certification exam.

Abstract

This is the mandatory Unite Aware (UA) starting course that introduces UA and the five UA core applications. It explains the importance of each application and how to access the applications via the UA Portal. Students will learn about the eLearning courses in the Certification Programme and become familiar with Unite Aware access and support procedures.

Target audience: Any Staff Member who wants to learn more about Unite Aware, and particularly those who will be working with one of the core Unite Aware applications. This Foundation Course must be completed before starting the Beginner-level certification courses.
