Abstract

The Unite FRIM Project Management and Mission Focal Point course is part of the Mission Focal Point Track for the Unite FRIM Certification Programme. This course explains the steps to manage a Unite FRIM implementation project according to the Project Management Framework, as well as the roles and responsibilities assigned to a Unite FRIM Focal Point.
