This course provides guidance on how best to build and structure the IT department, manage performance of IT, run an efficient and effective IT operation, control IT costs, align IT strategy to business priorities.
The course is intended for Business Managers and ICT mid level managers involved in the organization of the ICT services and stakeholders with responsibilities for designing enterprise governance systems and implementing governance systems within their organization.
At the end of the course the staff will take the Cobit 2019 Foundation exam.
