This course is available upon request.
The purpose of this course is to provide a solid understanding of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) framework. and its principles and terminology to work effectively with those involved in the management of a programme.
Target Audience: Members of a Programme Office (PO), business change team members, project delivery team members as well as people responsible for managing, leading, supporting or advising on work within an MSP environment.
At the end of the course the staff will take the MSP Foundation Exam

Abstract

During this course, staff will learn how to:
- Identify the purpose and major content of all roles, components, processes, and themes as described in the manual
- Identify the source or derivation of the management products, from their purpose and / or key content
- Indicate the relationships between the processes, products, roles, and management dimensions of a project
- Apply MSP to the management of a programme within a supporting environment
