ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation course will introduce the basic elements to implement and manage a Service Management System (SMS), including policy, procedures performance measurements, mangement commitment, inernal audit, management review and continual improvement.
The course is intended for ICT staff requiring an understanding of Service Management System and the benefits that the business can get from it.
At the end of the course, the staff will take the ISO 20000 Foundation certification exam.
